Head here to sign up from the comfort of your couch! Simply log in to or create your account, head to membership in the top menu, and begin the registration or renewal steps. New families might find this one-sheeter useful. Registration for the 2025-26 year begins on May 26.

In our clubhouses
Summer Kickoff looks a little different than year. Instead of one night at our clubhouses to sign up and get the early renewal benefits, we’re now offering a full week of Summer Kickoff registration! Our staff will be on hand every night after 5 p.m., May 27-30, to help you sign up or renew.

Anytime, year round
Registration never closes at Boys & Girls Clubs of Mason Valley. While we recommend you sign up during Summer Kickoff week to have your annual fee waived and to receive a free field trip T-shirt, there’s no need to sweat it if you miss that week. Simply log in to your Parent Portal or come see to register and renew.
MyClubHub/Parent Portal Support
While our free registration event lasts all week, you can still make a whole night out of signing up by attending our Family Barbeque Night on May 27! Come play games, grab a free dinner, and get ready for the best summer yet.
Summer Fun
Field Trips
With weekly field trips queued up this summer, your child or teen can get out, explore, hang out with their friends and so much more. While some field trips come with additional fees, others, like our trips to local state parks, are free.
Breakfast & Lunch
Your membership and weekly fees come with breakfast and lunch served every day at no additional cost to you. All of our meals meet USDA nutrition guidelines geared toward a healthy lifestyle.
Programming & Activities
We keep the learning (with tons of fun) going over the summer at all of our clubhouses. This year, your child or teen can explore the great outdoors in Ultimate Journey and keep their brain sharp in Summer Brain Gain.
