THE ANNUAL FUND
The back bone of our sustainability efforts, the annual fund provides the funding we need to do the amazing things we do for our kids, teens and families. Your annual giving donation will go wherever we may need it the most. This includes program supplies, staff wages, food program deficits, facility upgrades and our utility bills.
PROGRAM-SPECIFIC DONATIONS
If you’d like your donation to go toward something specific, that’s an option too! Your donation can go to our food program, our sports & recreation programs, the arts, tutoring and homework help or whatever other interests you might have. If you don’t see a specific program or clubhouse listed on our form you’d like to give to, just leave a note in the comments and we’ll make sure your dollars are spent in the right spot.
EVENT SPONSORSHIPS
We have multiple events throughout the year that can provide exposure for your business, group or just you as an individual. These include Youth of the Year, Take a Kid to a Car Show and, of course, Night in the Country. Our full slate of events can be found in our corporate giving package below, or by giving us a call or shooting us an email!
PLANNED GIVING
We know it’s not fun to talk or think about, but a planned gift through a will or estate helps extend your legacy for years to come. By talking to our Club professionals, your financial advisor or lawyer, you can set up a planned gift to benefit the Club and its future.
IN-KIND DONATIONS
Not all impact comes from a monetary donation! In-kind donations, ranging from art supplies, equipment or thrift store donations all the way to large, corporate in-kind gifts in the form of services, can benefit our organization and our members in multiple ways.
CORPORATE GIVING
Donating to Boys & Girls Clubs of Mason Valley is one of the best ways to show your business cares about the community it’s in (and to earn a nice tax writeoff). Corporate giving comes with numerous forms of recognition and an immediate tie in with our Boys & Girls Clubs of Mason Valley and Night in the Country brand.
